The first stage of the process is to book a free consultation with one of our experts. Rest assured that there’s no pressure, no ‘hard sell’ and no obligation – so you’ve really got nothing to lose. We’ll sit down with you to discuss your specific hair loss problem and how SMP^® can help. This free initial consultation is designed to provide you with information and answers to all your questions, prior to commencing treatment. We want you to feel comfortable that this is the right choice for you. Almost all our clients tell us that they were anxious about this initial consultation. And we understand that. Because taking action to overcome your hair loss problem is a big move. But we’re here to help make that first step as easy and as reassuring as possible for you. So try to think of it simply as a useful information-gathering exercise. A chance to run any concerns past an expert who really knows what they’re doing – and has helped thousands of others before you. Option 1: Face-to-face

We offer free face-to-face consultations at our locations throughout the UK, USA, Europe and Asia. Please let us know where you live and we will be happy to let you know the consultation dates we have available in the city nearest to you. A consultation is an ideal opportunity to discuss your requirements with an experienced member of the SCALP Clinic Team, who will be able to outline your options, provide you with the answers to any questions you may have and also provide you with a treatment plan and confirmed quotation.

Option 2: Photo & Phone

To save you the expense or inconvenience of traveling, we can determine your requirements via photograph assessment. Following this, one of our qualified consultants will call to outline your options and answer any questions regarding our proposed treatment. We will require a selection of clear photographs showing the front, top, back and side of your head, ensuring that any scars or other imperfections are clearly shown.
